InhibitDisplay

Suppresses the displaying of Cover Art and other metadata on Echo's with screens. Valid values of {Inhibit} are "enable" and "disable" only.

Using the LMS GUI on a tablet or PC is almost always a fluid experience because cover-art files are passed around at 1Gb/s or 100Mb/s on your LAN. When you use MediaServer, Amazon has to retrieve the cover art from LMS via your proxy and is therefore dependent on the upload speed of your ISP which is usually substantially lower. If you have slow internet and find that having to load images is too cumbersome, selecting "disable" is advised.
